To get the most out of your session, I suggest arriving about 10 minutes early to allow yourself time to settle and unwind. Make sure to stay well-hydrated and avoid eating heavy meals beforehand to ensure you’re comfortable throughout the session. Also, think about any specific questions or intentions you have, as this can help enhance the effectiveness and enrich your overall experience.

 

What Should I Bring to My Session?
For your session, bring any important medical records or notes you wish to review. You might also want to bring a water bottle for hydration and any personal comfort items, like a blanket, that make you feel at ease. All essential equipment and amenities will be provided to ensure a relaxing and effective experience.

What Can I Expect After a Session?

What is Your Cancellation Policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a non-refundable deposit fee. This policy helps me ensure that I can offer timely and accessible services to all clients.
